Straightforward grounds work, priced per property. If you need something that isn't listed here, just ask. The answer is usually yes.
Regular cuts to keep the property looking after itself.
Mowing on a schedule that suits the property, weekly or every other week. Trimming comes with the cut. We blow off the drive and walks before we leave. Edging is priced separately, so ask for it and we will add it on.
A clean cut line along drives, walks and beds.
A crisp edge along the driveway, sidewalks and beds. This is priced on its own rather than bundled into the cut, so you only pay for it when you want it done.
The whole property cleared before winter.
Leaves, beds and debris cleared off the property and hauled away, so the yard goes into winter clean and comes out of it in better shape.
Plowing and clearing through the winter.
Plowing drives and lots, and clearing walks and steps. We run this through the season, so it is worth getting on the list before the first snow rather than after it.
Overgrowth, brush and small trees cleared out.
Brush, overgrowth, shrubs and small trees taken out and hauled off. If a line has gone wild or a lot has been let go, this is the job that resets it.
We load it, we take it, it is gone.
Garage, basement, shed and whole-property cleanouts. We do the loading and the hauling, so you are not renting a truck or making six trips yourself.
Metal and scrap cleared off the property.
Appliances, metal and scrap hauled off. If it is scrap we can move, we will tell you straight whether there is a charge or not.
Drives, walks, patios and siding washed down.
Concrete, patios, decks and siding washed. It is the cheapest thing on this list that makes the biggest visible difference to a property.
Five guys, a truck, and the heavy end of the job.
Loading, unloading and the heavy lifting on a move. Not a full moving company, and we will say so: this is manpower and a truck when that is what you actually need.
